So we have been doing well (for the most part) on clean eating and just eating healthy. I have been trying to limit carbs (not completely...just cutting down). I made spaghetti squash tonight instead of using noodles for spaghetti. I put my homemade sauce over it and it's delicious!! And filling. I think I need to cook it a little longer because its still a little crunchy. But it was yummy!! I can't wait to try more dishes!!
