Day 1 was HARD!!!! I'm not gonna lie. Eating wise was okay, but I need to find more snacks to eat in between meals. As far as caffeine, oh boy. I don't know whether it was caffeine withdrawal (I normally drink about 4 cups of coffee a day and 1 diet drink..lol) or the fact that I had a sinus infection, but I had a gigantic headache. It was so bad that I was nauseous. So I gave in and had split a coke zero with the hubby. I ended up going to bed at 9:30 and woke up feeling a little better.
I changed my diet a little--I am going to have 1 cup of coffee with soy milk and half a coke zero at night. I don't want to be miserable!
