Today was much better than yesterday. I had 1 cup of coffee in the morning with soy milk and then half of a coke zero at night. I love coffee and am trying to cut down (tried eliminating it but my headache got the better of me..lol).
I made a yummy dinner tonight. I sautéed peppers, onions, and chicken. Halfway through I added cumin, garlic salt, and chili pepper. I put it over brown rice. I also made a fresh salsa to go on top. I cut up scallions, tomatoes, cilantro, and avocado. I squeezed some lime juice in it and mixed it. I put it on top of everything. It was yummy!!
