We are going clean!!

So I have been wanting to try a cleanse (where you eat only certain foods....not the one where you drink liquids only) and I struggled to find one that is doable for me and my family. We decided to do more of a "clean eating" cleanse where you eliminate caffeine and processed foods. It's mainly eating fruits, veggies, and lean meat such as chicken and fish. Today is day 1, so I will post later how it went. I am also starting the 30 day squat challenge :)
