So I joined LA Fitness and am loving it!! I workout on my own, as well as take yoga and cardio kickboxing classes. The cardio kickboxing class is awesome!! Such a good workout. I also have been doing this interval run on the treadmills. I have been doing it for about 2 weeks now. I have seen a difference in my love handles and tummy, not so much in the legs. But again, its only been 2 weeks. The workout is as follows. This is at a level 1 incline.
0-3 minutes run at 3.0
3-5 minutes run at 3.5
5-9 minutes run at 6.0 ( I can't do that so I run at 5.7...lol)
9-10 minutes run at 3.5
10-14 minutes run at 6.0 ( again I can't do...run at 5.7)
14-15 minutes run at 3.5
15-19 minutes I run at 5.7...lol
19-20 minutes run at 3.5
This is a great run!! I usually run at 1 pace but this is more difficult and I feel that I got a really good run in. On another note, I love watching people at the gym.....it's a good place to people watch.
